Staying Cool in Summer: An Unexpected Tip

Stay Cool With Celery Juice or Cucumber Juice (Not Ice Cream)

I don’t like to be the bearer of bad news but you need to know this, especially if you have a hard time with hot weather.

Ice cream is not your friend if you want to keep your body temperature down in the summertime. That may sound paradoxical to most people but I will explain. The simple reason why ice cream is a bad idea in the summer is because it's high in fat. Consuming celery juice or cucumber juice is probably your greatest ally for staying cool and relaxed in the hot weather. More on this below.

I have reduced my own body heat during the summer time by using this technique. It does work if you are receptive and open minded, and apply it. Thanks to the information of Anthony William, I stay comfortably cool in the summertime. The following information can change your life if you allow it to.

The #1 factor in body temperature regulation is liver health. Your liver acts as a thermostat for the entire body, keeping it in homeostasis, meaning it balances heat in the body.

Ice cream is the worst thing for the liver-- tied with all fried food. Ice cream is mainly composed of fat and sugar which is a combination that’s especially hard on the liver. Plus dairy is hard on the liver because the milk protein in dairy feeds viruses which also contribute to clogging your liver.

In fact, even non-dairy ice cream is very hard on the liver, especially coconut ice cream which has the highest amount of the hard digest saturated fat. All Processed Food (chips, candy bars, TV dinners, etc.) and Fast Food also are liver abusers.

Sorbet is your best frozen treat option. Mango, strawberry, raspberry, so many flavors of sorbet to choose from.

When the liver is happy and flowing smoothly, it does not have to work as hard and therefore can stay cool. When the liver works hard, it heats up. This is why “stagnant liver” and “hot liver” often go hand and hand. Lots of fat in the diet back up the liver and cause it slowdown or become sluggish. This is a stagnant liver.

Toxins built up in the liver can also create a stagnant liver situation and cause it to heat up. It's working really hard digest fats and remove toxins. When your liver heats up, you also heat up, and this can mean being more prone to moods of frustration and anger. Stagnant liver is also the top true cause for high-blood pressure because the heart pulls blood directly from our liver. Weight gain is the result of a stagnant liver, from built up fat and toxins.

When we heal our livers, we also heal and clean out emotional baggage. This brings more mental clarity and an easier flow of positive emotions. As you bring in liver healing foods, you will notice a big difference in your inner emotional landscape. Everyone does.

Fruits heal the liver, providing it fruit sugars that are attached to antioxidants and minerals when provide the liver with precious fuel. Wild Blueberries are especially helpful.

Celery juice, in the morning on an empty stomach, is the most powerful thing you can do for your liver and overall health. (You can also do cucumber juice if celery juice is too strong. But celery juice is better).

Celery juice gets the liver moving, removes toxins, and helps regulate bile production. Celery juice restores the bile in the liver so you can more easily digest the fats you do eat.

Celery juice restores hydrochloric acid (stomach acid) to the proper levels which helps you breakdown and digest food easier.

Celery juice provides something called "sodium cluster salts" which help restructure and rejuvenate the liver. They are special minerals found in celery which heal the liver and the brain when taken in highly absorbable quantities in large amounts-- CELERY JUICE.

•Consider taking one or two of the supplements below to improve liver health.

Supplements that can help heal your liver:

B-12: Helps heal the Immune System of The Liver:

"Your liver doesn’t have to do any work to convert B12 into a usable form when it’s in the adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin form. This type of B12 helps with liver cell communication, improving the ability of cells inside the liver to transfer information to one another with ease rather than resistance. It also protects nerve tissue that enters and runs all through the liver. Vitamin B12 is highly instrumental to all of the liver’s over 2,000 chemical functions and highly instrumental in activating the liver’s ability to utilize, process, and distribute all other vitamins and minerals that are stored inside of it. B12 helps keep a liver out of stagnation, strengthens hepatocytes and all other liver cells as well as liver lobules, and prevents the liver’s blood vessels from atrophying. For more on how to properly support your liver, which is critical if you have any symptom or condition, along with the undiscovered truth about how the liver works, refer to Liver Rescue." -Anthony William

Ester-C - Vitamin C: Cleans The Liver and Immune System

"Vitamin C is anti-inflammatory, helps increase our blood’s white count by strengthening our neutrophils, eosinophils, basophils, and macrophages; and generally boosts the immune system against viruses, bacteria, yeast, mold, and other unwanted fungus. This makes getting an adequate amount of vitamin C essential if you are battling a chronic illness or symptom.

The right kind of vitamin C also helps to cleanse the liver, blood and lymph, strengthen the adrenal glands, repair damaged neurotransmitters, and restore the central nervous system. It also helps the body to detox effectively, which is a challenge many chronically ill people face until they get the right detox-supporting nutrients.

Vitamin C also strengthens all levels of the liver’s personalized immune system. The liver uses vitamin C in all of its over 2,000 chemical functions. It not only detoxifies and cleanses the liver; it can also stop a sluggish liver, loosen and disperse fat cells stored inside the liver, and help the liver recover after bouts of stress-related adrenaline surges. Vitamin C can also help stop and repair scar tissue deep in the liver’s core. It can also help with nodules, tumors, and cysts." -Anthony William
